Shipping
- Free Shipping on Most Orders Php 50,000 & up* within Metro Manila ONLY. Some items over Php 50,000 are oversized and require a shipping charge.
- Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience courier service delays and may take longer than usual to receive.
- Air, land and sea shipments are calculated by available courier service rates.
- Orders received after 11:00 AM are processed the next business day.
- There is no Sunday or Holiday shipping or delivery.
- Typical ground shipment takes place within 1-3 business days.
- If you need a specific delivery date, please insert this in the comments area at checkout or email us.
- Oversize Shipping: All items marked Oversize are subject to additional shipping charges, We will contact you after your order with details.
- Shipments may be subject to additional charges, in which case we will contact you.
- When an order is placed, it is instantly sent to our distribution warehouse for processing and shipping preparation. This means that unfortunately once an order is placed, we cannot alter or change it.

Damage in Shipping
- In case of damage do not throw away any packing materials or outer box.
- Call us immediately about any damages in shipping.
- Original carton and packaging are needed to make any claims
- All damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment
- Claims will not be honored if these procedures are not followed.
Lost or Missing Packages
- It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact the shipper to institute a trace and or a claim.
Oversized Shipping
- On any "Oversized" Package, courier service requires we ship by dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is calculated by the size of the box and the weight. Not every item that ships "Oversize" is listed as oversized online due to the different (and changing) packaging requirements. Due to the inaccuracies and restrictions in the calculations available online, shipping charges on oversized packages may exceed the shipping charged. We will contact you before processing if this occurs.

- In no event shall Silbernick Medical and Dental Supplies Trading, its employees, or any of its vendors, be liable for any damages, including without limitation, special, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages, whatsoever resulting from access or use of any products. By purchasing any product on this site you agree to these terms.

Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled if they have not shipped. All cancellation requests must be made by email silbernicktrading@gmail.com or you may contact us at our mobile number 09662293398.
- If an order has shipped and you refuse delivery you will be responsible for the charges both ways (to you and the return). There will also be a 25% restocking fee.
*Shipping times listed online are approximate and may ship earlier or later.
Website Errors
- On occasion an error may occur. Prices or pictures may be posted in error. We will do our best to rectify a mistake but we reserve the right to correct, void or refund any sale made with errors.
